Sleepless Gaming ("we", "us") provides Card Counter Pro, an Android blackjack and card-counting practice game. This policy describes how information may be processed when you use the app.
Card Counter Pro does not require you to create an account or submit your name or email address to play. Game progress and preferences may be stored on your device to support gameplay. The app includes Google AdMob advertising technology. Depending on your device, settings, region, and consent choices, Google and its partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to provide, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize advertisements.
Information processed through advertising services may be used to display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and support advertising operations. Local gameplay information is used to maintain your progress and settings.
We use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. Information may be transmitted to Google and its advertising partners as described in their policies. Learn more from Google's Privacy Policy and Google AdMob's guidance on partner disclosures. We do not sell personal information directly.
You can manage advertising privacy choices through your Android device settings and, where presented, the app's consent options. You can reset or delete local app data through your device's app settings or by uninstalling the app. These actions do not necessarily delete information already processed by third-party advertising providers; refer to their privacy controls.
Card Counter Pro is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control. Information handled by Google or its partners is subject to their security and retention practices. Local app data generally remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior.
Advertising providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their policies and applicable law.
We may update this policy when our app or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
